Refund Policy

By accessing the UDS Pay platform, we assume you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions and privacy policy. Do not continue to use UDS Pay if you do not agree to these terms.

This refund policy applies to all fee categories listed on the UDS Pay platform. It is the policy of the University for Development Studies that all fees paid to the University are non-refundable. In exceptional situations, some refund may be permitted after officially requesting through the University for Development Studies. It is not the responsibility of any party associated with the UDS Pay platform to grant a refund request apart from the University.

For avoidance of doubt, the following fee categories are available on the UDS Pay platform:

• ADMISSION VOUCHER FEES
• ACADEMIC FACILITY USER FEES
• RESIDENTIAL FACILITY USER FEES
• GRADUATION FEES
